Evidence about your public website
What your pages displayed, on which date, next to the words of the rule
ConformTrail reads the public pages of one website, records what is displayed on them with a screenshot and a date, and puts each observation next to the wording of the document the supervisor published. Then it watches those pages and tells you when something changes. No verdicts, no promises, no calls, and this is not legal advice.
The free scan tells you how many patterns were observed and of which kind. The page, the element, the screenshot and the reference are the report.
How it works
We read your public pages
The home page and a handful of pages linked from it. robots.txt first, at most one
request per second, only GET, no login and no form. Our crawler names
itself — see the crawler page.
Every observation is a fact with a place
What was displayed, on which page, in which element, on which date, with the screenshot that shows it. Next to it stands the wording of the supervisory document, with its own date and its address.
The pages stay watched
A re-scan on a schedule, an alert when a new pattern appears, and an archive of the page states as they were on each scan date. A redesign does not quietly undo what you fixed.
You get a document, not a dashboard
One report per site: the pages we read, the pages we did not, every observation with its reference, and the method section. It is written to be handed on unedited.
Two modules, one scanner
Investment advisers
Six detectors for the patterns the supervisor described on adviser websites: testimonials and endorsements, third-party ratings, performance figures, statements about conflicts of interest, the relationship summary, and the BrokerCheck reference. Every finding carries the rule reference and the document it comes from.
Merchants with their own checkout
An inventory of every script that loads on a payment page, where it comes from and when it changed, with a dated record for your assessor. Evidence for your attestation; it blocks nothing and replaces no assessment.
What it will cover — this module is not on sale yet.
Pricing
Per website, in US dollars. A report is paid once; monitoring is monthly and stops when you stop it.

Module 2 is not on sale yet: these two offers carry no order button here.
Each button opens the order for that offer. Where the card checkout is not open yet, the page it leads to says so and how to order the same offer in writing. No call is needed and none is offered. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; see the operator page.
What we do not do
No verdict
We report the pattern the supervisor described and the date we saw it. Whether a statement on a page is adequate is a judgement for the supervisor, not a measurement, and nothing we write is legal advice.
No page about your firm
We publish no page about a named private firm. Your report lives behind a private link that goes to you; the free scan shows a count and nothing else.
No tracker on our own pages
These pages load nothing from another domain: no analytics, no fonts from elsewhere, no embedded video, nothing before you agree to anything. A test in our build records every request a browser makes here and fails if one leaves.
No call
Questions are answered in writing, usually within hours. There is no sales call to book, and nobody will ring you.
Start with the count for your own site
The free scan reads at most three public pages of one site and tells you how many patterns were observed and of which kind. Nothing about the site is stored for anyone else.
