Refund policy
14 days. Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. You do not have to give a reason, there is no form and there is no call. This page is part of the terms of service and it is not legal advice.

The rule
- A one-off purchase. A report is delivered at once. If it was not what you needed, write within 14 days of the payment and you get the whole amount back — also when the report was already opened and downloaded. There is no part refund and no exception in the other direction.
- A subscription. Cancel at any time: the period you paid for runs to its end and nothing renews after it. The last payment comes back in full on request within 14 days of that payment.
- A yearly payment. The same 14 days apply to it. After that window the year is not refunded in part.
- How to ask. Write to support@conformtrail.com from the address the order was made with, or answer the receipt. Name the payment you mean. We answer in writing.

Every payment for one of the offers below, whichever of them was bought. Prices are in US dollars and stand in one file, which is what this page and the offer pages both read.

How the money comes back
Lemon Squeezy takes card payments as merchant of record: it is the seller for that transaction, it issues the receipt, and it is the party that puts the refund back on the card that paid. That also means the charge on your card statement is the one Lemon Squeezy places there; the wording of that line is set by it and not by us, so we do not print a wording for it here. Your bank decides how long the posting takes.
After a refund
Scheduled scans stop and nothing further is charged. A report link you already have keeps working for the rest of its lifetime; the privacy notice says how long that is and when the data behind it is deleted.
What is not covered
- A payment older than 14 days. For a subscription, cancel instead: that stops the next payment, and the period you are in runs to its end.
- Part of a period that is running. A month or a year that has begun is not paid back in slices, and a cancellation does not shorten it.
- A chargeback instead of a request. If you ask your bank to reverse the payment rather than writing to us, the case goes to Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and follows its process and its schedule, not this page. Writing to us is the shorter way, and it is the way this policy describes.
